General In-Patient Care

Provided to the patient when symptom and pain management cannot be effectively managed in the home environment.

Requirements

  • Patients are deemed  appropriate for hospice by attending physicians (if any) and Hospice medical Director that the patient has a terminal illnesswith a prognosis of 6 months or less.
