Skilled nursing to address any acute medical condition experienced by a patient until the condition is resolved.
Requirements
Patients are deemed appropriate for hospice by attending physicians (if any) and Hospice medical Director that the patient has a terminal illnesswith a prognosis of 6 months or less.
